**The use of synthetic grade engine oil may be indicated for your vehicle. Synthetic oil may require changing less often. Consult your vehicle's Scheduled Maintenance Guide for factory-recommended oil grade and service intervals.
Coverage includes costs related to the repair or replacement of your vehicle's tires or wheels due to defect of materials or workmanship, damage due to eligible road hazards* and costs** associated with mounting, balancing, valve stem(s), disposal/environmental fees and taxes.
You'll also enjoy continued coverage on replacement tires as long as they meet manufacturer's size specifications.
Tire & Wheel Protection plans have no limits to the amount of claims during the time of your agreement. Coverage includes towing expenses up to $100 per occurrence. Key Replacement Protection can be added to Tire & Wheel plans, or purchased separately as stand-alone coverage.

* T&W protection covers damage caused by conditions defined as eligible road hazards which affect the performance of the tires/wheels as a result of the tire failing to hold air, or the wheel failing to seal with the new tire; such failures may prevent the maintenance of the manufacturer’s air pressure specifications. See your agreement for a full list of eligible road hazards.
**Reimbursement costs are based on the average regional retail market for a genuine manufacturer approved replacement of or similar quality tire or wheel.
Note: Road Hazards are commonly defined as debris on a public roadway such as nails, glass, potholes, rocks, tree limbs or other objects or conditions not normally found in the roadway.

Start by getting prior approval. Before having any covered repairs made, you or your dealer must call us.
If your vehicle needs repairs and cannot be driven or operated outside our normal business hours, you may proceed with necessary repairs. You should know that all other terms and conditions of your Vehicle Service Agreement apply. It is your responsibility to file a claim on the next available business day for authorization.
We know having your vehicle totaled can be stressful. We encourage you to contact your dealer or product claims administrator for assistance with completing the process.
Call us at (855) 999-0520 to submit your claim. Or, if you'd prefer, you can visit your dealership and have them contact us on your behalf.
